We will be closed for our Christmas Break from Tuesday, 23rd December 2025 and re-open on Monday, 5th January 2026.
Final orders must be placed and payment received by 11:59pm Sunday, 21st December for Final Shipping in 2025. Pick-up Orders must be collected by 3:00pm on Monday, 22nd December 2025.

We recommend completing your orders EARLY to ensure delivery by Christmas. Australia Post are already experiencing larger than usual delays in delivery.
Note: If your parcel does not arrive within 10 days of receiving the Shipped Notice, please telephone your local Post Office and check if it has arrived in case the postie has neglected to leave you a card to notify you of its arrival. If not collected within 2 weeks, the parcel will be returned to us and the freight will need to be paid again. The TRACKING NUMBER can be found in your account on the website once you are logged in.

Our website will remain open as usual over the break and orders will be processed in order of placement and payment, with shipping commencing Monday, 5th January 2026. If you pay with PayPal or your Credit Card this will expedite shipping of your order.
REGARDING ORDERS PLACED WHILST WE ARE ON BREAK: Please note we are unable to add to and/or combine orders placed during this time due to the volume of orders that come through whilst we are on our break. Orders will begin shipping on Monday, 5th January 2026 in the order in which they are received and payment processed.
It is very busy at this time of year, so we recommend ordering early to ensure your gifts arrive in time for December 24th.
