Along with the clean lemony scent, Lemon Myrtle Essential Oil also has complex green notes that give the lemon aroma depth and staying power.
Organic Lemon Myrtle Essential Oil is robust in its actions and has a strong aroma. Lemon Myrtle is a good choice for soap, spa products and household products including purifying sprays and cleaning blends as it has an uplifting, clean and fresh scent.
Blends well with: All citrus, camphorous, florals including Lavender, all mints and base or woody notes
We suggest you limit your use of all Australian Native Essential Oils to 1% of your total blend; Lemon Myrtle has recently been lowered to 0.7%. For leave on products we suggest 0.5%. .
In Cold Process Soap, try using Lemon Eucalyptus, Litsea Cubea, Lemon Tea Tree or Lemon Myrtle Essential Oils as they won't lift off and fade away as Lemon (Citrus) does.
