Ultramarine Violet Powder is a mid tone red/mauve violet which blends well with other ultramarines to create a range of similar toned violet/mauve/blue/lilac/dusky pink hues. A four colour swirled soap using the three ultramarine colours makes an really pleasing palette in cold process soap batch!

Our Test Results:
Hydrate in Water or Oil prior to use to avoid speckling.
High concentration produces a purple - violet, and pastel mauve colour at low concentrations or when mixed in white soap base. We find this colour requires a higher quantity of colour to achieve deep colours in CP. I over colour if using for the whole batch (as opposed to a swirl contrast colour)
pH sensitivity: Stable in high pH products such as CP Soap
Colour Fading: This colour is not light sensitive and not prone to fading
Colour Bleeding (Migration): Non bleeding, suitable for embedding, layering and swirling
