Sore, tight or overworked muscles can really benefit from a massage with this warming blend of Lavender, Ginger, Lemongrass and Black Pepper Essential Oils.
Ingredients:
- 73g/ml Sweet Almond Oil (73%)
- 10g/ml Jojoba Oil (10%)
- 10g/ml Wheatgerm Oil (10%)
- 5g/ml Avocado Oil (5%)
- 2g/ml Essential Oil Blend - Use up to 50 drops (2%)
Lavender Essential Oil - 25 drops
Lemongrass Essential Oil - 10 drops
Ginger Essential Oil - 10 drops
Black Pepper Essential Oil - 3 drops
and if you have
Sandalwood Essential Oil is useful too - try including 5 drops
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a clean amber glass bottle and screw on the lid (ensure you have a little headroom)
2. Shake upside down gently a few times to combine ingredients evenly
3. There is nothing to clean up and you are ready to massage!
