This product is made by the distillation of Essential Oil of Lavandula Augustafolia into pure water. This means that the properties of the Lavender Essenetial Oil is carried into the Infused Water in a diluted state which can be safely used directly on the skin, or used as part of the Water Phase in your formula.
Use Lavender Water directly on the facial as a toner.
