Our distilled Lime Essential Oil is mouth-wateringly fresh, zingy, and zesty - what an energy burst! Distilled Lime Essential Oil has a longer shelf life than the Cold Pressed Lime Essential Oil (as it will not oxidise as rapidly- Cold Pressed is also more mellow in character too).
Fabulous in soap blended with Clove Bud and Orange. This lively Essential Oil is useful for perking you up as it gives an energy burst when it's needed; it is helpful when you need to stay alert a little longer, and is best avoided near bedtime! Like other citrus oils, it appears to have a dual personality, it is uplifting and refreshing, but at the same time familiar and comforting.
Blends well with: Angelica, Bergamo, all Citrus oils, Carrot Seed, Citronella, Clary Sage, Geranium, Ginger, Juniper, Lavandin, Lavender, Lemongrass, Neroli, Nutmeg, Palmarosa, Petitgrain, Rose, Rosemary, Vanilla, Verbena, Violet Leaf, Ylang Ylang.
