This mini tutorial has graphics that accompany our Solid Shampoo Bar Kit - the kit flyer has full written instructions.

Step One - Pour the contents of the amber bottle into a glass jug and add the dl Panthenol and the Citric Acid.
Stir until an homogenous, creamy liquid has formed
Step Two: Now warm in the jug in the microwave for 30 seconds or so.
Step Three: After warming the mixture in the jug, mix with a spoon working into a stiff paste.
Step Four: The mixture will be quite dry. Now melt the Cocoa Butter and Conditioning Emulsifier 25 until liquid.
Step Five: Pour into the jug and mix through well.
Add the preservative and Fragrance or Essential Oil and mix well to combine.
Step Six If using the Disc Moulds: Simply spoon into the mould base, and press down with a spoon.
Allow to dry for a week or so and pop on the lids.
If using the Mooncake Press: Fit the disc in the Moon Cake Press and lock into place.
Lightly spray the inside of the cylinder.
Now spoon mixture into the press - approximately half to two thirds full.
Sprinkle some of the reserved SCS Needles onto the tray, and press the handle on the press.
Now place your fingers around the two lugs, and carefully lift the press off, whilst applying pressure on the lugs.
Allow to dry for a week or so and then store or wrap for sale.
