These Bath Soaks are for nourishing body and soul. Baths are particularly nurturing, and your skin will benefit from the soak in a tub full of goodies! So, set aside some time for peace and quiet, and soak away your worries.
If you have aching muscles, or tired feet, add a handful of Epsom Salts to your bath!
- 1 tablespoon your favourite Clay
- 1 tablespoon Aussie Golden Spa Minerals
- 2 tablespoons Buttermilk Powder or Coconut Milk powder
- 6 drops Lavender Essential Oil
- 6 drops Orange Valencia Essential Oil
- 1 tablespoon Natrasorb Bath
Method:
1. Place the Natrasorb into a mixing bowl and add essential oil.
2. Mix well until the Natrasorb has absorbed the oils the mixtures appears like breadcrumbs.
3. Now stir through the clay and spa minerals.
4. Seal in an airtight container or jar.
To Use: Run a bath and use 4 tablespoons per bath.
This can be made in bulk and kept pre-mixed, with or without the Essential Oils, in a sealed jar and add 4 tablespoons per bath.

- ½ cup Citric Acid
- 20 drops Essential Oils or Fragrance
- 2 tablespoons Natrasorb Bath
Method:

2. Mix well until the Natrasorb has absorbed the oils the mixtures appears like breadcrumbs.
3. Then mix in the Bicarbonate of Soda and Citric Acid into the mixture.
4. Now stir through the clay and spa minerals.
5. Seal in an airtight container or jar.
To Use: Run a bath and use 4 tablespoons per bath. Swish through the water and soak!
