Clay - Mediterranean Caramel

$8.90

SKU: CLM4

NEW

Our Caramel Mediterranean Clay is a deep, rich sienna/burnt orange colour like caramel, and has a high mineral content.   This clay is a great way to add all natural colour to your soap, as well as using it in scrubs, masks and mud packs.  Our clays do not contain any synthetic dyes or pigments and are not processed using any chemical means.

Active clays are rich in minerals and trace elements and offer a wide variety of applications in cosmetics and treatments and all clays help to remove toxins and purify the skin.

All our clays are totally natural and can be used alone, or blended together, and you can create gorgeous, naturally coloured soaps using a combination of all our clays or just this clay alone.  You can blend any of our clays and colourants together to create a vast pallette of natural and unique colours for your products.

Caramel Clay Attributes:

The small particle size gives a high specific surface, thus a high absorption capacity, a very useful property for impure skin.  Mixed with water and directly applied on the skin, it increases body temperature allowing a better penetration of active ingredients.

  • Improves the tone and texture of the skin, giving firmness and helping to prevent flaccidity
  • It stimulates oxygenation and firming of tissues to help prevent aging signals
  • The texture of our Caramel Clay is soft and smooth
  • Can be mixed with water and  applied directly onto the skin increasing body temperature and allowing better penetration of active ingredients

You'll find a project using this clay in Melt & Pour Soap HERE
